Ingredients:
1 cup fresh Coriander leaves
1 cup fresh Mint leaves
1 Green Chilli
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Pink Rock Salt
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Lemon/Lime juice
1 Japanese Cucumber
Step-by-step Instructions:
Step 1: Good bread always matters. Take three slices, butter them well. Every nook and corner, please. Toast them slightly.
Step 2: To make the chutney, blitz the coriander leaves and mint leaves with some pink rock salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, green chilli and squeeze in a teaspoon of lemon or lime juice.
Step 3: Smear the toasted bread with the coriander-mint chutney. Slice some Japanese or baby cucumber and layer them all over the chutney. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and some chaat masala.
Step 4: Place the next slice of bread and repeat the chutney, cucumber and sprinkle process. Place the last slice of bread on top.
Step 5: Carefully place the triple-decker sandwich on a hot pan to toast the bottom-most outer facing slice. Slip in a flat ladle, keep a finger on the top of the sandwich. Wedge it out and flip to toast the other side.
