Looking to have a good time eating healthy? Book Dinner, April 3rd at RedDot BrewHouse, Boat Quay

Updated: Mar 25, 2019

I cannot stress the importance to destress, enough. This most often translates to planning a vacation or a quick getaway, but that means time away from work, applying for leave or taking time off.

I have led a corporate life, and I understand. But there have been times when I would just want a small break, a getaway without travel, a down time and a good time with my friends or even the partner/spouse. There have been times that when even a team building or a charity activity would do the trick. It is more about hitting a pause, to stop thinking and start enjoying.

The above means a flurry of decisions. WhatsApp group chats to be created or not? How to avoid the boss or not-so-positive colleague? How to arrange for a parallel kids-date so all have a good time? How to convince the partner or spouse that this meeting in a social set-up is very important? How to ensure you don't get called for a meeting? How to have good time without eating junk? How to accommodate that vegetarian? Where to meet? What Time?

I cannot solve all your problems, but can offer to help. Here is a one-night-only, unique, nutritious and well-balanced three-course vegetarian dinner menu paired with RedDot's craft brews.

Amuse Bouche: Smoked Butter Masala Momos

Appetiser: Raw Mango Chutney, Miso Hummus, Madras Curry Mayo with Crudites paired with Monster Green Lager

Mains: Zucchini Carrot Tikka Burger with Mint-Coriander and Date-Tamarind Chutney paired with Lime Wheat Beer

Dessert: Creamy Coconut Barley with Blueberry Jam, and Crispy Poori with Rose Jelly, Raspberry Coconut Yogurt and Meringue paired with Barley Wine

Oh wait! you don't want beer? Alternative beverage of wine or non-alcoholic drinks can be arranged on special request. Make sure you let us know at +65 6535 4500
